  1. Submit your full name, phone number, and e-mail address along with a photo of your receipt. The receipt must show the qualifying products purchased, the name of the store that the purchase was made, date and time of the purchase via WhatsApp to (876) 293 - 2639.

Four Grand Prize winners will be selected and contacted via telephone after which an official letter will be emailed along with an announcement on social media.

Contestants for the Grand Prizes must have an active Jamaican Bank account to be eligible for participation.

Winners are required to participate in advertising and public relations campaigns, which may include electronic, print, or other media. By accepting the prize, winners automatically agree to have their likeness appear in any PR communication, without additional compensation. Each winner will be provided with a document to sign, confirming their agreement to participate in public relations activities and the use of their likeness. If a participant does not agree with these rules, they are automatically disqualified from winning the prize.

Employees of the Grace Kennedy Group, World Brands Services and XCLUSIV Digital are not eligible to enter the promotion and neither are their immediate family members, specifically spouses, parents and children.

Prizes cannot be transferred, and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner must provide a valid identification document such as a driver's license, passport, or national ID. If the prizes are not claimed within the stated period, they will be forfeited, and the backup winners will be selected as the new winners. Once the prize is presented to the winner, our clients relinquish ownership of it. If a prize is not claimed within the claiming period, our clients have the right to retain the prize.

Please note that Hi-Lo Gift Vouchers will expire one year from the date that the prize has been awarded.

  • Grand Prizes
    • The winners will be announced on the relevant Instagram pages. They will receive a formal notice via email and they will also receive a phone call congratulating them on their success. No more than 10 calls will be made over a 5-day period to contact the winner after which this will be declared an unsuccessful attempt. In the event that no successful contact attempt is made, a backup winner will be declared as the winner for that specific draw and an attempt will be made to contact the winner.
  • Weekly Prizes
    • The winner will be announced via story post on the relevant Instagram pages on the Friday of each week during the promotion duration. The winner will be contacted via Instagram message and an agreement will be made for the collection of the prize that is most convenient to the winner including. Attempts will be made to contact the winner up to the 7th day after announcing the winner on Instagram; if there is no successful contact attempt, the prize will be passed on to a backup winner.

The winner will be required to provide a valid identification document (Driver’s license, passport, national ID). If the winner is unable to collect their prize, we will accept a signed letter of authorization allowing someone to collect the prize on their behalf. This letter of authorization must include a scan of the winner's ID. If prize are not redeemed during the stated period, the same will be forfeited and the backup winners will be promoted to the winner accordingly. Our clients relinquish ownership of the prize once it is presented to the winner. If a prize isn’t claimed during the claiming period, our clients have the right to retain such prizes.

  • Grand Prizes
    • In the event where the winner is unable to attend the handing-over ceremony, these winners will have a period of 30 days, with the first day being the day of the handing-over ceremony, to collect their prize. If the winner is unable to collect the prize during these 30 days, the prize will be passed on to a backup winner.
  • Weekly Prizes
    • Weekly Prizes must be claimed within a five (5) business day period, following a successful contact attempt.
      • Having a bearer deliver the prize to the address provided by the winner.
      • Allowing the winner to collect their prize at the World Brands or Pure Jamaica Headquarters.
